Update 9/20/2022

I recently purchased a new high efficiency clothes washer from my local Home Depot. I was able to get a $50 rebate just for submitting a simple application on my electric company’s website. It only took about 5 minutes. When purchasing an appliance be sure to look for an official Energy Star rating so that you’ll be eligible for a rebate.

So far, I’ve earned $580 in rebates by replacing my home’s HVAC system and a couple of home appliances! Even better is the fact that all these upgrades save me month every month on my utility bills.
